Job summary

CREGG in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical services across the construction lifecycle. The role ensures works are delivered safely, on programme, and compliant with project specs and regulations.

You will coordinate M&E with design, architectural, and structural teams; review drawings and submissions; manage RFIs; attend meetings; and support the project manager to achieve quality, safety and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an M&E coordination role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience coordinating specialist subcontractors and design teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant construction/design software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services from design development through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, schedules and technical submissions to identify discrepancies, clashes and coordination issues.
• Coordinate M&E services with architectural, structural and other building elements.
• Work with specialist M&E subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Attend and contribute to design, coordination and construction meetings.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and design-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
