Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned M&E Coordinator for a major construction project in County Clare, Ireland. The role requires coordinating mechanical and electrical services and working with subcontractors and consultants to deliver to programme.

You will review drawings and specs, identify clashes early, and ensure works comply with project standards and safety. A permanent, full-time position with long-term career potential on a large-scale development.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services.
• Experience as M&E Coordinator on large-scale projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services on the project.
• Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to meet programme.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and submissions.
• Identify and resolve design clashes before on-site works.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, design team and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and quality of M&E installations on site.
• Ensure M&E works meet project specs and industry standards.
• Coordinate M&E with structural and architectural elements.
• Attend site, design and coordination meetings.
• Track technical queries, RFIs, submittals and approvals.
• Assist with programme planning to sequence M&E activities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communication.
