Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager in Dublin (Hybrid) to lead financial due diligence assignments for buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will review financial analyses, identify key deal issues, and coordinate Q&A discussions with clients and advisers.

The role requires 4+ years in Transaction Services / Due Diligence, strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS), and demonstrated ability to lead engagements and manage teams.
