Job summary

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 3–5+ years in Transaction Services or related advisory.
• Previous financial due diligence experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent analytical and financial statement review skills.
• Interest in M&A, private equity and transaction advisory work.

Job description

We are currently working with an international advisory firm who are looking to hire Assistant Managers and Senior Associates to join their growing transaction services team. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and support the delivery of buy-side and sell-side transactions. • Conduct financial analysis and data interrogation to provide meaningful insights that support investment and acquisition decisions.
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and commercial approach.
• Contribute to the management of deal work streams and ensure delivery against deadlines.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with 3-5+ years gained within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or a related advisory environment.
• Previous financial due diligence experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent analytical and financial statement review skills with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially curious with an interest in M&A, private equity and transaction advisory work.
• Experience within a Big 4, mid-tier practice or advisory environment would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
