Mount Juliet Estate is a five-star luxury resort in Thomastown, Ireland, seeking a Weddings Executive to join our Events team and lead the wedding journey from enquiry to day-of delivery. You will coordinate planning meetings, venue tours, menu tastings and communications across internal departments and external suppliers to ensure every detail reflects our five-star experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in weddings, events, hotel sales, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for weddings, events and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A warm, confident and professional manner when dealing with couples, families and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key point of contact for couples throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate wedding planning meetings, menu tastings and other key appointments.
• Build detailed wedding plans and ensure all relevant information is accurately captured and communicated.
• Work closely with couples to understand their requirements, timings, preferences and special requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure all arrangements are clearly understood.
• Ensure wedding details are communicated effectively to all relevant teams ahead of the wedding.
