Job summary

Wedding & Events Executive at a leading Dublin luxury venue. €32-35K+ salary with hybrid working (2-3 days on-site).

Role focuses on luxury weddings, private celebrations and VIP events, managing the full journey from enquiry to execution while coordinating with F&B, accommodation and operations to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications

Wedding & Events Executive - Luxury Venue - €32-35K+ (Hybrid)

MLR are seeking a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Executive on behalf of one of Dublin's leading luxury hospitality properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating unforgettable guest experiences, with a particular focus on luxury weddings, private celebrations and VIP events.

The successful candidate will manage the full event journey, from initial enquiry and venue show-arounds through to planning and flawless execution, working closely with the operational teams to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.You'll prepare proposals, contracts and function sheets, coordinate with Food & Beverage, Accommodation and Operations, and provide an exceptional level of service throughout the client journey.
