Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Sommelier for Ashford Castle in Cong, County Mayo, Ireland. This full-time role supports Forbes Five‑Star standards with 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

We require a minimum of 1 year hospitality experience; WSET L2 is preferred. You will manage wine service for lunch and dinner, maintain cellar inventory, and provide guest-focused recommendations in a historic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or fine dining.
• WSET Level 2 qualification preferred.
• Strong customer-service and wine knowledge.

Responsibilities
