Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
• Strong knowledge and interest in food, wine, and beverage service.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in personal presentation.
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and composed during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of wine service and beverage pairings.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalised welcome to all guests and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure.
• Deliver a refined, professional dining experience with a genuine and approachable manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and make menu and beverage recommendations accordingly.
• Engage with guests and handle requests, feedback and concerns with professionalism.
• Carry out all aspects of food and beverage service to luxury standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary requirements.
