Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection, including the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa in Killarney, seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team on a full-time, year-round basis. The role requires flexibility to work shifts across 5 days, including weekends, in a luxury hospitality setting.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will oversee front desk duties, handle inquiries, and maintain high standards. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk duties as part of the Front Office team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain front office standards and procedures.
• Handle switchboard and hotel telephone operations per protocols.
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
