O’Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is hiring a part-time receptionist to join the Front Office Team on a 24-hour-per-week contract, delivering guest-focused service in a busy hospitality environment. You will manage all reception duties, answer calls, handle guest queries promptly, and build strong working relationships across departments.

Fluent English is essential, with Opera Cloud knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience is an advantage.
• Team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with the desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage but is not essential.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring through Hosco in Killarney. We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist position within the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. This role is based on a 24-hour per week contract and is ideal for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people and delivering a high standard of guest service in a busy hospitality environment.
