O'Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring through Hosco in Castleisland.O’Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. The River Island Hotel is a 56-bedroom 3* hotel located in Castleisland town center. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our experienced team full-time. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and be flexible between morning and evening shifts. Morning shifts typically are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and evening shifts are 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

What you'll do:

• Manage all reception duties, working as part of the wider Front Office Team.
• Ensure the guests are completely satisfied through the prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within all front office departments.
• Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone as per the company standard of service.
• Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• A team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
