O’Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking a Duty Manager to join the Management Team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel. This full-time position reports to the General Manager and will oversee the daily running of the hotel to deliver high standards of service.

You will lead and support all departments, coordinate functions and events, and ensure guest satisfaction. Fluent English and hotel management experience are essential for success in this role.

• Experience as a department manager/supervisor in a fast-paced hotel.
• Hands-on across all departments.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations.
• Assist and support every department to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage all functions and events as requested by the customer.
• Ensure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel.
