Job summary

Bulgari in Dublin is seeking a strategic E-commerce Expert to lead direct-to-consumer digital distribution. You will drive development, testing, and optimization of e-commerce solutions, ensuring flawless inventory accuracy and premium luxury delivery.

You will collaborate with e-commerce service teams, IT, and business units to deliver 100% stock availability, efficient pick/pack/shipping, and rapid resolution of delivery issues, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end direct-to-consumer fulfillment and returns.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy targets and cycle counting.
• Experience with OMS, WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and coordinating UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for operational reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with e-commerce teams to align fulfilment with commercial goals.
• Support development, enhancements and integrations of e-commerce solutions.
• Lead UAT for new e-commerce and system solutions before deployment.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through controls and cycle counts.
• Oversee day-to-day pick, pack and shipping activities to premium standards.
• Coordinate with J&W and Perfume units to ensure stock availability.
