Job summary

Bulgari is seeking a proactive Supervisor to direct daily floor execution in our Dublin pick-and-pack distribution centre. You will manage shift operations, allocate tasks to logistics associates, ensure timely receiving and shipping, and maintain tight inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

You will enforce safety procedures, support onboarding and cross-training, and provide performance feedback to the Manager. Collaboration with a 3rd party engineering team and other departments is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience in automated/semi-automated warehouse environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily floor operations and allocate tasks across logistics associates.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
• Enforce safety procedures and lead on SOP compliance.
• Provide onboarding and cross-training on procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Prepare weekly reports on DC activities, productivity and inventory status.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to optimize processes.
