Job summary

Bulgari in Dublin's Global Distribution Centre is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Expert to lead direct-to-consumer distribution operations, collaborating with customer service, IT and business units to optimize systems and processes. You will manage inventory accuracy, pick/pack/shipping, and ensure luxury delivery standards, while resolving delivery issues and overseeing returns.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with J&W and Perfume teams

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end D2C fulfillment and returns management.
• Knowledge of 100% inventory accuracy targets.
• Experience with Order Management systems, Salesforce, SAP and WMS.
• Ability to develop SOPs and training for ecommerce operations.
• Strong collaboration with customer service, IT and commercial units.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize direct-to-consumer fulfillment in the distribution centre.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Oversee pick, pack and shipping with premium luxury standards.
• Coordinate with Jewellery & Watches and Perfume units for stock availability.
• Lead UATs for new ecommerce solutions and system integrations.
• Prepare reports on distribution throughput, error rates and inventory status.
• Resolve customer delivery issues and manage returns.
