Job summary

Bulgari in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to lead integrated planning processes, define forecasting standards, and optimize stock across our stores and distribution network.

You will oversee rolling forecasts using AI/ML, govern the Demand Review within S&OP cadence, and align demand with budgets and the Three-Year Plan. You will build stock strategies and lead a skilled planning team to drive performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, esp. Demand Planning.
• Proven People Management experience.
• Budget alignment and financial awareness.
• Data analysis and statistics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead rolling forecasts using AI/ML and robust statistical methods.
• Govern the Demand Review within the S&OP and Fcst cadence.
• Ensure alignment between demand plans, budget targets, and Three-Year Plan objectives.
• Define and oversee the TSL methodology across store networks.
• Evaluate inventory trends and propose optimization initiatives.
• Promote collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Merchandising and Distribution Planning.
• Communicate demand and inventory assumptions, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of demand and inventory planners.
• Develop and implement KPIs in demand and inventory planning.
• Drive efficiency and pursue innovation.

Job responsibilities

Mission

Lead and govern the integrated demand and inventory planning processes, defining forecasting standards, methodologies, and inventory strategies (Target Stock Levels, Regional safety stocks).

What you can expect from your role?

• Oversee the development of rolling forecasts using AI/ML and robust statistical and analytical methodologies
• Own the Demand Review governance within the S&OP and Fcst Meetings cadence
• Ensure alignment between demand plans, budget targets, and Three-Year Plan objectives
• Define and oversee the TSL methodology across store networks, ensuring alignment with service level and financial objectives
• Evaluate inventory trends and propose structural optimization initiatives to balance availability and stock investments
• Facilitate alignment and promote effective collaboration between department and stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Merchandising and Distribution Planning) to ensure demand-supply coherence and inventory optimization
• Communicate demand and inventory assumptions, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of demand and inventory planners, defining objectives and performance standards.
• Develop and implement expertise, skills, tools and KPIs in demand and inventory planning
• Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and pursue innovation

Technical Skills :

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent education
• Solid and good experience in Supply Chain Planning role, preferred experience in Demand Planning, proven experience in People Management
• Knowledge of planning techniques and models
• Budget alignment and financial awareness, including working capital and financial impact understanding
• Quantitative data analysis and statistic techniques
• Simulation and scenario analysis/handling
