Job summary

Bulgari in Dublin is seeking a supply planner to join our Jewellery Supply Chain team. You will handle end-to-end supply planning for jewels, working daily with manufacturing and global stakeholders to optimize service levels, inventory, and reporting.

We value 2–3 years in supply planning (luxury goods preferred), strong communication, and data-driven decision making. Core tools include Anaplan and SAP S4 to drive KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory or demand planning.
• Experience in luxury goods is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term and short-term production for jewellery in collaboration with manufacturing.
• Monitor stock availability, product flows and service levels; translate data into actions.
• Maintain and improve planning tools and ERP systems; ensure accurate reporting inputs.
• Prepare and deliver regular production schedules and KPI reports.
