Keanes Jewellers in Limerick invites applications for a Senior Watch Sales Advisor to join our luxury team. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for VIP clients across our Rolex Boutique and prestigious brands.

Join a high-value retail environment and develop deep product knowledge of watches from Tudor, TAG Heuer, Longines and more. You will build relationships, guide customers through the buying journey and contribute to ongoing success of the watch department.

Keanes Jewellers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Watch Sales Advisor to join our exceptional team in our newly renovated Limerick store.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a truly luxury retail environment, featuring a substantial Rolex Boutique, Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Boutique and an outstanding portfolio of world-renowned watch brands including Tudor, TAG Heuer, Longines and Tissot, alongside some of the world's finest jewellery and diamond brands.

As a Senior Watch Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional level of service for which Keanes is renowned. You will:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients and watch collectors.
• Develop a deep understanding of our prestigious watch brands, their heritage, craftsmanship and collections.
• Use your excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills to provide confident, expert and personalised advice.
• Guide customers through the buying journey, from initial enquiry through to purchase and after-sales service.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing customer relationships and create long-term client loyalty.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure all company administration and procedures are followed accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the watch department.

Previous luxury watch or jewellery experience would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate outstanding sales ability, a genuine passion for luxury and a strong desire to develop their expertise. Comprehensive product knowledge training will be provided.
