Qualifications

• Previous experience within luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
• Must be able to work full-time (Monday-to-Sunday availability).

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service.
• Build customer loyalty through 1-2-1 personal shopper style interactions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve targets.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Track daily and weekly sales targets and department performance.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and display standards within the department.
• Be conversant with selling systems, cash handling and exchange procedures.
• Maintain store standards and security to prevent theft.
• Ensure operations align with company procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
