Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Dublin seeks a full-time Sales Associate with expertise in luxury retail to develop client relationships and become a specialist in Dior Couture.

You will greet, advise and serve customers, drive loyalty with a personalised 1-to-1 approach, maintain elegant selling surroundings and contribute to seasonal campaigns and promotions. Previous luxury fashion experience and passion for Dior are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
• Must be able to work full-time (Mon-Sun availability).

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service.
• Develop loyalty with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and awareness of campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve sales targets.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Know daily and weekly sales targets and department performance.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Support the team to maintain high standards of housekeeping and display.
• Be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
• Take actions to maximise security and prevent theft of product.
• Ensure department operates per company procedures to minimise losses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.

We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate with expertise in luxury retail to join our Dublin Team, to develop client relationships and to become a specialist in Dior Couture.

Job responsibilities

• To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
• To demonstrate product knowledge and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
• To deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Ensure knowledge of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis
• Follow all stock management procedures
• Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
• To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
• To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store
• Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product
• To ensure that the Department operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses.
