You will manage counter productivity, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate with retail partners to deliver exceptional Dior experiences. Qualifications

• 5+ years of prestige beauty sales and counter management experience.
• Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
• Strong sales skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of multiple languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail sell through and execution of promotional programs at the counter via the sales team.
• Manage team of Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors, and Estheticians (when applicable), including recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll.
• Develop productivity guidelines for events and sales and manage individual and team performance.
• Partner with Account Executive and education teams to identify training needs and facilitate product and sales training.
• Connect with clients and build long-term relationships through CRM tools and keep profiles updated.
• Encourage networking across retailer and community to benefit the business.
• Provide direction to maintain counter image (dress code, merchandising, product placement).
• Support retail buyers and planners regarding ordering system.
• Conduct productivity evaluations monthly (AUS, IPT) and monitor event performance.
