Job summary

CELINE, a luxury fashion house, seeks a Client Advisor in Dublin to drive sales and deliver a premium client experience. You will build meaningful connections with clients, embodying CELINE’s sophistication while collaborating with your team to uphold brand standards.

You will welcome, advise and guide clients through CELINE’s collections, while leveraging cross-selling opportunities and maintaining excellent visual merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year in fashion retail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within fashion or luxury.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and heritage.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience to each visitor.
• Engage clients, understand needs, and offer tailored recommendations and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Develop relationships through clienteling to encourage repeat purchases.
• Support store operations, merchandising, restocking and inventory management.
