Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel Spa Wellness Department is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage bookings, and support front-of-house operations. The role involves handling inquiries, processing payments for spa services, and upselling treatments in a luxury setting.

Knowledge of Thai culture is valued; shifts start early and include some weekends. Applicants must have full-time work eligibility in Ireland/EU and be prepared to coordinate with multiple hotel departments

Qualifications

• Must currently have the right to work full time in Ireland / EU.
• Shifts start 5:45am and some weekends required.
• Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.
• Internal vacancy application requires: at least 1 year in current position.
• Last Time For You rating should be at least a "Well Done".
• Manager must be informed when applying for an internal vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer calls and emails, take SPA bookings per LQA standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Check in/out guests from SPA, process payments post treatments.
• Upsell Spa treatments and assist with stock/display for retail.
