The g Hotel & Spa in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Luggage Porter - Door Person. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and act as a friendly point of contact for local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Join a vibrant Guest Relations team and grow with ongoing training and recognition programs. Ideal candidates will have an EU driving license, excellent customer service, and knowledge of Galway to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid EU driving license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• A good knowledge of the city will help you provide local recommendations to guests.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with guests during their stay to ensure they have a great experience.
• Take luggage to guests' rooms and assist with heavy items.
• Be part of the Guest Relations team to deliver on guests' requests.
