The g Hotel & Spa in Galway is seeking an experienced F&B Duty Manager to steer day-to-day operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You’ll lead a vibrant team, coordinate across departments, and align with the hotel’s service standards and brand values.

You’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest care, stepping in to coach new starters, resolve issues, and maintain smooth restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.The F&B Duty Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the hotel, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As an F&B Duty Manager, you’ll support the senior operational team to keep the hotel running like clockwork and ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll supervise the day-to-day hotel operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations. We’re looking for someone with versatility, who is great at getting stuck in and thrives on the fast-paced nature of Hospitality!
