Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Dublin Christchurch in Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen and front-of-house team. You will help maintain cleanliness, wash and store items, assist with basic food preparation, and ensure safe food hygiene standards are observed.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Ensure the kitchen is spotlessly clean and food hygiene is observed at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or broken equipment to the senior chef on duty.
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and other items safely.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required by the senior chef on duty.
• Manage kitchen waste promptly.
• Assist with supply deliveries and checking products.
• Utilise relevant systems to complete tasks timely.
• Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety, COSHH and HACCP.
