Job summary

Sodexo at Dublin Airport seeks an Airport Lounge Supervisor to lead premium guest service in our VIP lounge. You will Welcome guests, manage check-ins and provide information on facilities, food and services, delivering a warm, professional arrival experience.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days in a fast-paced environment, with early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. A background in hospitality and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality or premium service role.
• Experience within luxury hotels, executive lounges or premium services is desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A naturally warm, engaging and professional manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and processing guest information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Verify lounge eligibility and check-in guests accurately.
• Provide information on facilities, food and beverage, and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
• Build rapport with guests while staying polished.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy.
• Support lounge team in maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Ensure reception area remains immaculate and premium.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.
• Process bookings and guest information with high accuracy.
