BaxterStorey seeks a proactive Lounge Manager for Aer Lingus Lounges at Dublin Airport to lead premium hospitality and inspire a high-performing team. You will work with the Operations Manager to create an engaging, guest-centric environment and drive service excellence across all touchpoints.

The role requires strong leadership, high-end hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. A culture of inclusivity and development is central to our approach.

Qualifications

• Worked within a high end, fine dining or hotel environment.
• Financially astute, very analytical and able to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
• Passion for food and customer experience.
• Experience in training and supporting a team.

Responsibilities
