About the Role

Excel Aviation is recruiting a Receptionist on behalf of one of our aviation clients based at Dublin Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a premium airport lounge environment, providing a warm and professional welcome to passengers.

As a Lounge Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the lounge. You will be responsible for greeting passengers, checking them into the lounge, verifying access details and ensuring each guest receives a professional and seamless arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Passenger Check-In

• Deliver a warm, professional and friendly welcome to all lounge guests.
• Greet passengers on arrival and manage the lounge reception area.
• Check passengers into the lounge using the relevant systems and procedures.
• Verify passenger details, boarding passes, lounge access eligibility or other required information.
• Provide passengers with information regarding the lounge facilities and services available.
• Assist with passenger enquiries and direct guests appropriately.
• Maintain an organised, professional and welcoming reception area.

Guest Service

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the passenger journey.
• Build rapport with guests and create a positive first impression.
• Assist passengers with general queries relating to lounge facilities and services.

Reception Administration

• Accurately record passenger and lounge access information as required.

• Report any system, access or operational issues promptly.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all company procedures, health & safety requirements and airport regulations.
• Adhere to airport security regulations and operational requirements.
• Follow all passenger check-in and lounge access procedures.
• Attend all required training sessions and team meetings.
• Wear the company uniform and maintain professional grooming standards.
• Follow company policies and shift schedules at all times.
