Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Lucan, Co. Dublin, is seeking a Logistics Planner to join our warehouse and logistics administration team.

You will coordinate delivery routes, allocate jobs, monitor live operations, and work with drivers, warehouse staff and customer service to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of large items.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of €36,000–€40,000 and a hands-on role in improving route efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning and delivery scheduling.
• Ability to manage high volumes of deliveries and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication with drivers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily delivery and installation schedules for white goods, televisions and other deliveries.
• Allocate jobs to vehicles and crews using route planning considering location, sequence, product type and driver hours.
• Coordinate delivery routes across multiple locations to balance customer requirements and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service and installation teams to ensure orders are ready for delivery and issues escalated promptly.
• Monitor live delivery operations and manage delays, cancellations, and exceptions; keep schedules up to date.
• Produce operational reports analysing delivery performance and resource utilisation.
