Job summary

BaxterStorey in Ireland is seeking a Location Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Dublin location, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive financial performance.

You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain food safety standards including HACCP, and partner with the Operations Manager to optimise costs and service delivery. We offer comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and/or catering; kitchen environment beneficial.
• A good understanding of HACCP.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent report writing and financial management.
• Interested in delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and recruitment for the location.
• Assess staff performance and training needs.
• Meet financial targets within the client budget.
• Hold regular team meetings to share targets and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on budgets and food costs.
• Provide accurate financial information to the client when directed.
• Develop client services and improve processes as needed.
• Provide prompt, efficient customer service and exceed expectations.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance.
