Job summary

Baxterstorey Ireland is seeking a Hospitality and Events Manager to lead the stadium's catering and events in Cork. You will oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate the event team with the client to meet service standards.

Role involves front of house leadership at events, briefing teams, budgeting, health and safety compliance, and delivering memorable hospitality experiences. This is a full-time role in a busy, dynamic environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event and general management.
• Strong event operations knowledge from concept to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stadium catering operations and hospitality events meet standards.
• Lead planning meetings for events and operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales, operations and clients to deliver operations.
• Plan and manage budgets and financial reporting.
