Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking experienced professionals to join a team focused on Loan Servicing and CLO Administration within a leading global financial services context. The role emphasizes syndicated loans, CLOs, and structured products, with interaction across investment managers, CLO managers and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CLO experience, including waterfalls and investor distributions, and a strong ability to interpret loan and CLO documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Servicing, CLO Administration, Structured Products or Asset Management Operations.
• Strong understanding of the syndicated loan and CLO lifecycle.
• Hands-on CLO experience, including waterfalls, investor distributions, compliance and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and servicing of syndicated loans, CLOs and structured debt products.
• Manage loan processing, portfolio administration and ongoing servicing activities.
• Support CLO compliance, investor distributions and waterfall calculations.
• Interpret transaction documentation and indentures and ensure requirements are met.
• Complete reconciliations, investigate exceptions and maintain strong operational controls.
• Produce accurate portfolio and investor reporting.
• Work directly with investment managers, CLO managers, fund clients and other senior stakeholders.
