Barden is delighted to be supporting a leading global financial services firm as they build an experienced team across Loan Servicing and CLO Administration.

This is an opportunity for experienced financial services professionals with strong knowledge of syndicated loans, CLOs and structured products, working closely with investment managers, CLO managers and other senior stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support the administration and servicing of syndicated loans, CLOs and structured debt products.
• Manage loan processing, portfolio administration and ongoing servicing activities.
• Support CLO compliance, investor distributions and waterfall calculations.
• Interpret transaction documentation and indentures and ensure requirements are met.
• Complete reconciliations, investigate exceptions and maintain strong operational controls.
• Produce accurate portfolio and investor reporting.
• Work directly with investment managers, CLO managers, fund clients and other senior stakeholders.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Experience in Loan Servicing, CLO Administration, Structured Products or Asset Management Operations.
• Strong understanding of the syndicated loan and CLO lifecycle.
• Hands-on CLO experience, including waterfalls, investor distributions, compliance and portfolio reporting.
• Comfortable interpreting loan/CLO documentation and indentures.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on reconciliations, controls and exception management.
• Confident communicating directly with clients, investment managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ClearPar, WSO, Loan IQ or SOLVAS is beneficial.
• Senior-level opportunities are also available for experienced Director / SVP-level professionals.
