Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a proactive individual to join Cork-based team, supporting the CEO across finance, administration and operations. You will manage financial administration, track payments, and keep financial information up to date while engaging with banks, suppliers and other stakeholders.

This role offers variety beyond pure finance, including HR, marketing and general office support, with day-to-day ownership and opportunities to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance, accounts, business support or operations-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with people internally and externally, including picking up the phone and following up when needed.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• The flexibility to turn your hand to different areas and get involved where needed.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial administration, tracking payments and keeping financial information up to date
• Working with spreadsheets and supporting regular financial reporting
• Liaising with banks, suppliers and other key stakeholders
• Assisting with board meeting preparation and documentation
• Supporting compliance and general business administration
• Providing support across HR, marketing and office operations
• Picking up ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise
