Job summary

Redwood Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Loan Operations team supporting a dynamic private credit portfolio. You will oversee a group of portfolio managers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and risk controls in syndicated and bilateral loan exposures.

In a fast-paced environment, you will drive process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic input to credit operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan operations, asset management or portfolio monitoring.
• 5+ years' people management experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sentry PM or Cassiopeia experience is an advantage.
