Grinds360 in Ireland seeks an Operations Manager (Live Events) to own the logistics of our in-person workshops and book printing and distribution. You will manage venues, teachers, live streaming, and ensure notes reach students.

You will also analyze workshop data to guide decisions and drive improvements while coordinating printing runs and distribution across nationwide workshops, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in planning and delivering live events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage all in-person workshops held throughout the country, from planning to delivery on the day.
• Support the timetabling and scheduling of in-person revision classes and masterclasses.
• Communicate with teachers in advance of each workshop so they are fully prepared.
• Take responsibility for the set-up and live streaming of all in-person classes.
• Book venues for in-person workshops.
• Explore and secure opportunities for new venues as the programme grows.
• Organise, print and distribute all notes for in-person workshops.
• Lead the organisation, coordination and planning of book printing and distribution.
• Collate and analyse data from workshops to support strategic decision-making.
