Job summary

Invoke Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead planning and delivery of corporate, private and wedding events in Ireland and internationally. You will manage briefs, budgets and on-site delivery, while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a creative flair, capable of coordinating with suppliers, venues and our branding/digital teams to ensure high standards and seamless events, including travel to Portugal and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in event management delivering corporate, private or wedding events.
• Ability to manage multiple events from concept to delivery.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of events across a varied client portfolio in Ireland and internationally.
• Develop creative concepts and manage budgets, timelines and suppliers.
• Act as main client contact, managing expectations and post-event wrap-ups.
