Job summary

Grinds360 in Ireland seeks an Operations Manager (Live Events) to own the logistics of our in-person workshops and book printing and distribution. You will manage venues, teachers, live streaming, and ensure notes reach students.

You will also analyze workshop data to guide decisions and drive improvements while coordinating printing runs and distribution across nationwide workshops, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

About the role

Role overview

Grinds360 is looking for an Operations Manager to look after our Live Events & Print, this candidate will take ownership of our in-person workshops and manage our books printing and distribution. The successful candidate will own the logistics behind every in-person class, from booking the venue and preparing teachers to setting up the live stream and getting notes into students' hands.

The successful candidate will also lead the planning, printing and distribution of Grinds360 books.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on the day, stays calm under pressure and uses data to make each event better than the last.
