Job summary
EY Ireland seeks a Senior Consultant in Transformation Architecture to lead Life Sciences strategy and end-to-end transformation engagements across pharma, biotech and medtech. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design innovative, practical solutions that improve affordability, access and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience with a consulting firm or in industry within life sciences.
- Experience in Commercial Strategy, Market Access, Pricing or Medical Affairs.
- Strong academic background in a Life Sciences, Health, Economics or related field.
- Experience in client-facing environments with stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver challenging transformation projects across the Life Sciences value chain.
- Contribute to disease area strategy, asset positioning, launch readiness and pricing.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and produce clear outputs.
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
- Develop high-quality deliverables and strategic recommendations.
- Strengthen EY’s Life Sciences capability and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within EY.
