Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Transformation Architecture for Government & Public Sector. You will lead client engagements, shape end-to-end transformations, and build relationships with key accounts across the island of Ireland and internationally.

You will drive business development, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and help EY deliver value through strategic energy sector initiatives with a focus on quality and risk management and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Between 10-12 years within the energy sector in Ireland or abroad
• Experience delivering complex energy market projects in Ireland or abroad
• Proven track record in strategic and business transformation in the energy sector
• Senior stakeholder management and communication experience
• Proven track record in business development
• Strong academic record including a third level degree

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commercial experience in the Government and Public Sector domain
• Build trusted relationships with clients to drive outcomes and develop EY’s network
• Create high-quality work products and act as a SME on energy sector areas
• Deliver clear and concise communication and facilitate workshops and presentations using Microsoft Suite
• Lead, manage and empower multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop thought leadership for business development and market positioning in the energy sector
• Build strong internal relationships to bring EY to market through initiatives
• Drive improvements in business processes and ensure adherence to QRM guidelines
