• 10–12 years experience in energy sector with consulting background.
• Experience delivering complex energy market projects.
• Proven track record in strategic and business transformation initiatives.
• Senior stakeholder management with Board/C-Suite exposure.
• Business development experience.
• Strong academic record with a third level degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with government bodies and public sector organisations.
• Scope solutions and deliver end‑to‑end transformations.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and drive business development.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver client presentations.
• Drive quality, risk management and compliant processes.
