MD7 is seeking an Inside Sales professional (Lease Consultant) in Dublin. You will identify, structure and negotiate open land and rooftop sites for mobile networks on behalf of operators and tower companies. You will guide landlords to final signing, with an uncapped commission structure supporting high earning potential.

The role emphasizes negotiation, prospecting, and closing deals in a hybrid Dublin setting, offering a path to reach full potential through transparent compensation.

Qualifications

• Dutch language skills written and spoken (C1) and good English.
• Very strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Professional time and priority management.
• Solid knowledge of real estate and lease structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identification of commercially suitable open land and rooftop sites for mobile site development.
• Analysis of ownership structures, usage rights, and site potential.
• Negotiation of lease agreements for mobile network sites.
• Review of existing lease and financing structures based on contract history.
• Management of the entire signature and closing process.
• Maintenance of CRM, real estate, and contract databases.
