Job summary

Covalen is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement and coordinate learning solutions across a manufacturing site. You will manage curricula, ensure compliance, and drive training programs reflecting job responsibilities and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with business partners to maintain materials, monitor progress, and support continuous improvement within Training Compliance. Travel may be required and a hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing.
• Demonstrated program/project management skills.
• Experience with learning & development and SOP business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, judgment and managing complex issues.
• Working knowledge of business area/function.
• Willingness to challenge business partners to optimize learning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning gaps and determine solutions.
• Define requirements for personnel qualification; ensure implementation and maintenance.
• Create, revise, and implement training documents that are executable.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Evaluate human error reduction opportunities in units.
• Collaborate on Network/Functional initiatives.
• Create and manage training materials with the business.
• Draft project charters with scope and statements of work.
• Participate in project teams; lead assigned projects.
• Monitor deliverable status with key partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Support projects and programs to resolve issues.
