Job summary

Takeda Ireland Limited in Grange Castle, Ireland is seeking a Head of Learning and Development to own the site learning and capability strategy across GxP, non-GxP and reskilling, ensuring a compliant, inspection-ready learning system.

You will lead the site learning roadmap, manage LMS platforms, partner with Quality and global teams, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness, safety and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline.
• 8+ years in pharma with 2–4 years in a GxP environment, plus experience in learning systems.
• Experience using data visualization or analytics tools to improve learning administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead site learning roadmap and ensure compliance with GSQ standards.
• Oversee LMS platforms, training budgets and partnerships.
• Partner with Quality and OL&CM to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach site trainers and scale competency-based qualification.
• Prepare metrics and audits for inspections.
