RECRUITERS is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join a global Data Centre Learning team in Dublin 2, onsite. The role focuses on turning complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences, from onboarding to continuous development.

You will design across e-learning, ILT, job aids, and videos, applying ADDIE and Agile methodologies and leveraging AI tools. The position requires strong design and communication skills and a passion for helping people learn, with 3+ years in

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience designing learning across modalities including ILT, e-learning and video.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; simplify complex concepts.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design solutions.
• Design and develop learning across formats (e-learning, ILT, job aids, videos, hands-on assessments).
• Apply ADDIE and Agile methodologies throughout the learning development lifecycle.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible learning content for global audiences.
• Work with SMEs to ensure content is accurate and high quality.
• Use learner feedback and metrics to continuously improve solutions.
• Explore AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Create engaging visual and multimedia learning assets.
