Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to oversee end-to-end learning design for enterprise audiences. The role is fully remote, part-time, and based in Ireland, offering collaboration across international teams and exposure to AI-powered learning solutions.

You will craft instructor-led materials, simulations, and practical exercises while leveraging AI tools to enhance outcomes and scale reusable resources for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in instructional design or LXD, with instructor-led content experience.
• Strong ability to design for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
• Experience creating materials: presentations, guides, labs, simulations, case studies.
• Proven track record managing content development with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design from discovery to delivery.
• Define objectives, personas, scopes, and development plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and client teams to identify learning needs.
• Translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning content.
• Incorporate AI tools into learning activities and simulations.
• Develop reusable learning components and scalable products.
