Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a hands-on Training and Talent Development professional to invigorate learning experiences across the Croke Park food & beverage offering. The role focuses on designing learning plans, delivering programs, and supporting onboarding, with emphasis on compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering blended training (digital, virtual & in-person).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners across diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to design learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual Learning & Development plans aligned with business needs.
• Deliver training programs tailored to client expectations.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction processes with HRSS.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures ensuring safety & hygiene compliance.
• Support Aramark learning initiatives and compliance training.
• Create monthly dashboards to track learning activities for senior leaders.
• Develop engaging training content (graphics, animations, videos, live demos).
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
