Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties while maintaining strict food safety standards.
• Prepare, arrange, and replenish food displays and service counters with attention to detail.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout catering and dining areas.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and assist with deliveries.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures consistently.
• Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Respond proactively to customer needs and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
