• 5+ years’ experience in automation, warehouse systems, or process control.
• Proven leadership in automation/technical operations teams.
• Expertise across warehouse automation technologies: WMS, SAP EWM, robotics, AGVs/AMRs, SCADA.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse Automation Systems team to ensure safe, reliable support for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Deliver automation projects from concept to handover, including commissioning.
• Partner with production, logistics, IT, and engineering to align systems with operational needs.
• Champion continuous improvement using performance metrics to increase throughput and equipment availability.
